ScriptyTimmy is a software platform that lets businesses build marketing funnels: landing pages, forms, booking flows, and automated follow-up messages (email and SMS). The product is currently in pre-launch; features, pricing, and availability may change before and after launch.

• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, or sending messages to recipients who have not consented to receive them.
• Businesses using ScriptyTimmy are responsible for the content they publish and for obtaining all consents required to contact their clients.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or applicable messaging regulations.

The ScriptyTimmy name, website, templates, and software are the property of ALPHATECH MEDIA GROUP LTD and its licensors. Content our customers create with the platform belongs to those customers.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and service are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the use of the website or service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
