ScriptyTimmy is a marketing-funnel builder for small service businesses. Our customers use ready-made templates to publish landing pages and automate follow-up with their own clients — including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and email or SMS messages.

• Contact information you submit to us or through pages built with our platform: name, email address, and — where you explicitly provide it — phone number.
• Usage information: basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) used to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

• To provide the services you or the business you interacted with requested — for example, delivering a booking confirmation or an appointment reminder.

SMS / text messaging and consent

• Phone numbers are collected only through a dedicated phone field accompanied by an explicit, unticked consent checkbox. We send SMS only to individuals who have opted in.
• Message frequency varies by service; message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Opt-out requests are honored automatically and opted-out numbers are added to a suppression list before any further sends.
• SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as hosting, email, and messaging delivery providers), bound by confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
